GET TO KNOW
Born and raised in Cusco, Maria carries a lifelong connection to the Andes and the traditions that honor Pachamama.
Growing up surrounded by the landscape and vibrant communities, they developed a deep respect for the balance between people, culture, and nature.
With years of experience in community-based tourism, they are dedicated to preserving ancestral knowledge while creating meaningful opportunities for local families. Their work is guided by care, reciprocity, and a commitment to ensuring that every journey uplifts both the land and those who call it home.
Originally from Europe, Juan arrived in Cusco through a personal journey of exploration that quickly became a calling. What began as travel evolved into a deep immersion in Andean spirituality, guided by local teachers and a profound respect for traditions not their own.
With a background in sustainable development and conscious travel, they bring a thoughtful, global perspective rooted in humility and learning. Their intention is to create spaces where travelers can slow down, reconnect, and experience a deeper relationship with themselves, with community, and with the Earth.

This project was born from a shared moment of recognition—when two paths, one rooted in the Andes and the other shaped across continents, met with the same intention: to reimagine travel as an act of care.
What began as conversations about protecting sacred places and honoring local traditions soon grew into a vision for something more meaningful. Together, they created a space where tourism becomes a bridge—connecting people to culture, to spirit, and to the living Earth, while giving back to the communities that make these experiences possible.
